작가소개

이준희는 금속공예가로 활동하며 일상에서 쉽게 사용하던 문구용품을 황동이라는 견고한 소재로 제작하여 오래도록 사용자와 함께할 수 있는 제품을 제안한다.
대표작인 2T 시리즈는 불필요한 요소는 최소화하고 깔끔하게 떨어지는 라인을 강조하였으며 2mm 두께의 금속판이 가지고 있는 강도와 텐션을 이용하여 제작한 데스크 용품이다.
청주대학교 공예디자인학과 금속공예전공을 졸업하고 국민대학교 일반대학원 금속공예학과를 졸업하였다.



Lee Junhee continues his artistic career as a metal craftsman.
He makes stationary items that are frequently used in everyday life using solid brass as main material.
his products can be used for a long time due to the characteristics of the material. He minimized unnecessary elements and emphasized neat shapes
by making his signature work ‘2T series’. 2T is a series of desk goods using strength and tension of 2mm thick brass by him.
He majored in metal craft in the Department of Craft Design at Cheongju University and graduated from Kookmin University Graduate School of Metal Crafts.



작품설명

2T'란 '2 Thickness (두께)’의 의미를 뜻하며 2mm 두께의 금속판이 가지고 있는 강도와 텐션을 이용하여 제작한 데스크 용품이다.
불필요한 요소는 최소화하고 깔끔하게 떨어지는 라인을 강조하였으며 일상에서 쉽게 사용하던 문구용품을 황동이라는 견고한 소재로 제작하여
오래도록 사용자와 함께 할 수 있도록 초점을 두어 제작하였다.
주재료인 황동은 구리와 아연의 합금으로 사용할수록 색이 깊어지며 시간의 흔적을 더해가는 견고한 소재이다.



2T' means "2 Thickness" and it is a series of desk goods using strength and tension of 2mm thick metal plate.
In the 2t series, unnecessary elements were minimized and the neat lines were emphasized.
Stationery, easily used in everyday life, were made of solid brass and focused on staying with users for a long time.
The main material, brass is copper and zinc alloy. And it's a solid material that gets deeper as you use it and adds a trace of time.
