칵테일 제조에 쓰이는 계량 도구 중 하나인 Jigger와 유리잔이 아름다워 보였다.
칵테일의 종류에 따라 쓰이는 잔과 Jigger의 형태가 다양한 점에 착안하여,
7종으로 추려낸 각 칵테일 잔의 형상을 띈 작은 백자 술잔을 제작하였다.
또한 바텐더들이 Jigger를 이용해 칵테일을 제조할 때 Jigger의 가운데 오목한 부분에 검지와 중지손가락을 걸쳐 쥐는 것이 흥미로웠다.
이 점을 활용해 물레 성형 후 Stem의 중반부를 깎아낸 Signature 장식으로 잔을 손가락에 쥐는 순간의 재미를 부여하고자 하였다.
일반적인 칵테일 잔에 비해 작은 크기이며 청주나 사케 등의 술을 담기 적합한 50~60ml의 용량으로 제작하였다.
Plain / Colored / Gold 세 가지 라인과 각 라인별 7종의 형태로 구성된다.
부가적으로 이 술잔 시리즈와 Dining을 함께 즐길 수 있는 굽이 높은 돔 형태의 접시, 작은 화병, 다용도 받침을 제작하였다.



The artist saw beauty in jiggers, one of the measuring tools used to make cocktails, and cocktail glasses.
Focusing on the fact that different glasses and jiggers are used for different types of cocktail,
she made small, white porcelain liquor glasses that match the seven types of cocktail glasses she selected.
She also found it interesting that bartenders clasp their index and middle fingers over the concave middle section
of jiggers when making cocktails.
She incorporated this idea to her work, faceting the middle section of the stem as her signature decoration
after wheel throwing to add fun to the moment of holding glasses between your fingers.
Her glasses are smaller than typical cocktail glasses and made to hold 50 to 60 ml of liquid,
a capacity suitable for liquor like rice wine and sake.
The glasses are offered in three different lines (plain/colored/gold) with seven pieces per line.
She also produces dome-shaped dishes with high heels, small vases,
and multipurpose stands that you can enjoy with the liquor glass series for dining.
